Event Facilities

The usual facilities runners get are as under:

  • Parking: T.B.A

  • Drop-off zone: Participants coming in by private vehicle and dropped off or Ola, Uber, etc will have a marked drop-off zone. These participants are kindly requested to go to the drop-off zone, get themselves dropped off and walk towards the holding area.

  • Baggage Counter: The baggage counter will be at the holding area. Baggage drop-off facility will be provided on a first come first served basis. The organisers will not be responsible for any damage or loss of baggage. Request all the participants not to keep any valuables in their baggage while dropping them at the baggage counter.

  • Other Facilities: On arrival, the participants will have access to minimal medical facilities, toilets and drinking water.

  • Warm-Up sessions: Warm-up session before the race begins to be conducted.


Route signages, KiloMeter markers and volunteers will be present on the entire route to guide the participants for 21K, 10K and 5K. Timing mats for 21K, 10K and 5K timed runners to ensure the completeness of the route and to capture the timing.

At the finish line, the participants will get a finishers medal which will be uniquely designed as a souvenir item and also packed breakfast. After the race, there will be a medical camp. A small prize distribution ceremony for those who are declared winners. There will also be selfie booths in the holding area to capture your moment of glory and participation, in the premiere edition of a prestigious event.
